Braun Strawman Career
Scherr won the NAS Amateur National Championships on November 5, 2011, and as a result, received his Strongman Corporation (ASC) Professional Card.

On July 15, at Extreme Rules, Owens defeated Strowman in a steel cage match after Strowman used a chokeslam on Owens through an announce table. According to the rules, Owens won since his feet reached the ground first.
On August 19, Strowman defeated Owens at SummerSlam, putting his Money in the Bank contract on the line, thus putting an end to their feud.
Later that evening, Strowman declared he would bet on the victor of the main event and challenge them following the contest. But during Strowman’s match with Roman Reigns, the Universal Champion at the time, Brock Lesnar, attacked Strowman.
This kept Strowman from winning the title, even though Reigns had pinned Lesnar.
The Falls Count Anywhere battle between Strowman and Lashley on Raw’s July 1 show concluded in a no-contest after Strowman smashed Lashley through the stage’s LED scoreboards, causing Strowman to have a ruptured spleen.

After headbutting WWE employee Adam Pearce the following night on Raw, Strowman was immediately suspended without pay.
